Open—You can visit the child whenever it is convenient for you and the adoptive parents to get together.
Semi-Open—The adoptive parents send you pictures and updates on the child, based on the agreements you make during the adoption process (typically once a year).
Closed—No contact between yourself and the child.
An adoption agency or a lawyer can help you decide which option is best for you and the child. (The Pregnancy Center is not an adoption agency. We can provide you with information about the process, and give you a list of known adoption agencies and lawyers if you like.)
